My experience of sending things home is that Bolivia is roughly one third the price than Argentina and Chile. Ironically, Bolivia offers "sea mail" while Arg. and Chile do not. If you send from Bolivia, my advice is to send from "aduyana" which is the customs office that also ships packages. Specifically, I sent two packages, 4.1-5 kg cost 159 Bolivianos ($USD20) and 7.1-8 kg cost 251BS ($USD31)

There are two other options in Bolivia, Correo Bolivia and EMS, both much more expensive because they ship by air mail. I sent a box from Potosí via sea mail and it arrived in the U.S. three weeks later. May be different for Europe, but my experience with the aduyana system has been very good.
