Pessoal, preciso de um help!

 

Já li muiita informação sobre as trilhas de SFX/Monte Verde aqui por aqui, mas fiquei na dúvida por onde começar

 

Qual seria o roteiro eu poderia fazer sem muita experiência? (e sem muito condicionamento físico... hehe)
