Segue até o dia 1º de abril, a primeira edição do festival colaborativo BaixoCentro. Serão mais de 100 eventos gratuitos (filmes, espetáculos teatrais, shows, performances, caminhadas, oficinas etc) nos arredores do Minhocão ( Santa Cecília, Vila Buarque, Campos Elísios, Barra Funda e Luz ).
