Estou com passagem aérea de guarulhos para La paz dia 06/07

O roteiro da viagem é o seguinte:

La paz, alugar um carro eu e mais 3 amigos, para ir até Arequipa, passando pelo Lago Titicaca, cuzco, arequipa e la paz de volta no dia 21/07.

Alguem pode dar dicas de aluguel de carro, hostels para road trip
