Boa noite! Pretendo estar em Cartagena no dia 25/8, e gostaria de saber maiores informações sobre o voo de parapente aí: características do voo, melhor direção do vento, como e quantas são as rampas e o acesso à elas, bem como se agosto é um bom mês para voar.
