Gostaria de uma informação: Preenchi o formulário ://immigration.gov.vn/tra-cuu-thi-thuc e não consigo imprimir para pagar , estarei vindo de Bangcoc , vou fica 3 dias no Vietnã, e depois vou para Tailândia, é preciso realmente tirar o visto para esses 3 dias , ou fica como “ trânsito “ e nisso cai nessa situação: … “ Os cidadãos brasileiros não precisam de visto para estadias de ate 15 dias no Vietna, desde que estejam em trânsito para outro pais. “

Não sei de onde tirou essa informação, mas a lei vietnamita fala em algo diferente, corroborado por outras fontes.

A lei:

 Article 23. Conditions for transit

A foreigner may transit Vietnam when fully meeting the following conditions:

1. Having a passport or an international travel document;

2. Having a ticket suitable to his/her trip to the third country;

3. Having the third country’s visa, except those who are exempted from visas.

Article 24. Transit areas

1. Transit areas are areas within international border gates where foreigners may stay before going to a third country.

2. Transit areas are decided by agencies competent to manage international border gates.

Article 25. Air passengers’ transit

1. Foreigners in transit who travel by air are exempted from visas and must stay within transit areas at international airports pending their flights.

2. During their transit time, if foreigners wish to enter Vietnam to take sightseeing tours organized by Vietnam-based international travel agents, they may be considered for grant of visas in conformity with their transit time.

As regulated by the Law No. 47/2014/QH13 which took effect on January 1, 2015 on foreigners’ entry into, exit from, transit through and residence in Vietnam, those fully meeting the following conditions can do a transit in Vietnam:

- Having a passport with at least 06 months of validity;

- Having a ticket suitable to his/her trip to the third country;

- Having the third country’s visa, except those who are exempted from visas.

And except for those eligible for visa exemptions mentioned foreigners can transit in Vietnam without a visa if both following conditions are met:

- Their layover in Vietnam is less than 24 hours, AND

- They stay within the transit areas during their layover.

Notes: the transit areas are decided by the agencies competent to manage the international border gates. It is the transit area at the international airports if you are traveling by air and at the international seaports where your ships are anchoring if you are on a cruise.

Otherwise, in case your layover in Vietnam is more than 24 hours and/or you are leaving the transit area for taking luggage for the next flight or a short sightseeing tour in the city you are transiting, you NEED to obtain a visa.

Dessa forma, creio que a impressão é o melhor a fazer.
